I led the UX and UI design of the Flavour Tap across both retail and workplace contexts, working in agile sprints to define and refine the user experience. The interface guides users through a series of custom drink selections: water type, volume, flavour and enhancements, while surfacing sustainability benefits at just the right moments. Designed from scratch, the experience is clean, fast and intuitive, with minimal touch states and clear visual feedback. Accessibility, hygiene and responsiveness were core to every design decision, helping the product feel premium and effortless in high traffic environments.
Alongside the tap interface, I designed a fully responsive back office portal tailored for both Britvic’s internal teams and their enterprise clients. The system allows users to access usage data, track cartridge status, monitor carbon savings and manage billing. I also integrated real time survey feedback, behavioural analytics and light touch marketing tools to support continuous improvement. The design focused on modularity and clarity, ensuring the system could evolve with the product and scale across varied environments from corporate offices to university campuses and beyond.
